Randstad is looking for a dedicated supply teacher, who believes in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, to work on a day to day basis in various primary schools in and around Swaffham. These local schools are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and support across diverse classroom settings, quickly adapting to meet the unique needs of each student while fostering their growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
  • Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
  • Assess, track, and support student progress, helping them achieve their best.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain effective classroom management, fostering respect and responsibility.
  • Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience teaching primary levels is highly desirable.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) or Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
