Randstad is currently seeking a motivated and qualified Primary Supply Teacher to join our team and support primary schools in and around Swaffham. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students across different schools in and around Swaffham. Whether you're stepping into classrooms for a day, a week, or longer, you'll engage with students from various age groups and backgrounds. This position allows you to choose your working days and availability, giving you the perfect work-life balance while maintaining control over your schedule. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and educational materials to students.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1), and Key Stage Two (KS2).
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different teaching environments.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
