Manufacturer of a range ofinnovative IoT products require a technically astute, individual to provide engineering productsupport to customers and distributors.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Field Sales and Development teams, this busy and varied roleentails a broad range of duties revolving aroundresolving technical queries/issues, resolving distributor product enquiries, assisting the marketing team and acting as the first line of technical support to customers.
Our client requires a team orientated; pro-active Engineer ideally qualified to HND/HNC level in Electronic Engineering. An interest in and knowledge of Cellular Technology products will also be advantageous. Additional attributes include well developed communication skills, a positive attitude to work, the ability to function in a team orientated environment and a solid appreciation of customer service.
Salary to 35,000.
