A client based in the Swanley area is recruiting for an Assistant Accountant - DUE TO LOCATION YOU WOULD NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - AAT, ACCA or studier, or qualified by experience, with a background in accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Statements, prepare statutory financial statements under FRS105 and FRS102 using software.Tax Calc being able to prepare group accounts.

Tax Computations, draft corporation tax computations in Tax Cal.

Management Accounts, create periodic management accounts using Xero, Sage or similar software.

Client Interaction, build client rapport, understanding their specific needs and ensure clear, professional communication.

Accounts production experience is key

Experience using cloud-based accounting software like Iris, Xero, Quickbooks, Excel, Word

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines

Competent in preparing financial statements and corporation tax returns.

Ability to develop strong client and internal relationship and offer value-added services

Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
