- Complete multiple deliveries each day, ensuring goods are delivered to the correct locations on time (typically 10-15 drops depending on the route).
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy, clean, and presentable.
- Report any issues to management immediately.
- Safely load and unload goods, taking care to prevent any damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, being polite, professional, and helpful in all customer interactions.
- Maintain clear communication with both our client and their customers.
- Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence with category B entitlement (for vehicles up to 3.5t).
- Previous experience in multi-drop delivery driving is preferred but not required.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a friendly, professional attitude.
