The Job:
- Lead technical and design processes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Review and input into allocated bids
- Provide regular progress reports
- Manage and coordinate external consultants
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
The Candidate:
- Residential experience working with a main contractor
- Highrise development experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the design and technical process
- Strong technical knowledge
- Knowledge of current legislative framework
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
- Valid driving licence
