We are seeking a HR professional to lead the HR function and guidance on complex employee cases at this independent school in North Kent.
Leading a small team of two, you will be experienced of writing reports for capability and disciplinary cases with minimum support and act as the Investigating Officer when required.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of all HR processes, ensuring correct practices are in place, and provide direction on HR legislation to support the SLT and Department Heads of the school.
Payroll experience is also required for this role.
You must have previous experience of working within a school setting or a local government body with seasoned experience managing complex ER cases.
You will be minimum CIPD Level 5, with excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to bring solutions and establish positive working relationships from the start.
The school is set in a lovely location and due to the area, a car driver is essential.
Hours 8.30am - 4.30pm, five days per week, on site.
