We are seeking a HR professional to manage employee cases for this independent school in North Kent.

You will be experienced inwriting reports for capability and disciplinary cases with minimum support and act as Investigating Officer when required. Knowledge of payroll processing is desirable.

This has the potential to be made permanent.

You must have previous experience of working within a school setting or a local government body.

Excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to bring solutions is essential for this role.

You will be working ata lovely location and due to the area, a car driver is preferable.

Hours 8.30am - 4.30pm, five days per week, on site.
