The Role:
As a Trainee Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, youll work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a variety of sites in London. This role offers a fantastic blend of on-the-job training and real-world experience, with a clear path for progression in a high-demand field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of various air conditioning units, including split systems, VRF, and chillers.
- Shadowing experienced engineers to learn the ropes of diagnosing and repairing faults in air conditioning systems.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as filter changes and cleaning coils.
- Learning to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the work completed.
- Traveling to different sites across London, gaining experience in a wide range of environments.
What We're Looking For:
- A keen interest in air conditioning and HVAC systems with a desire to learn and develop in the trade.
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within London and adapt to different working conditions.
