Sonic Summary

This fully remote position offers an uncapped commission scheme with a basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
The on-target earnings (OTE) can exceed £100,000, with current advisers earning between £4,000 to £9,000 monthly in commissions.
Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience and hold a CeMap or equivalent qualification.
Key responsibilities include recommending mortgage products, exceeding performance targets, and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should be driven, resilient, detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
