The salary for this role is 65,000 - 75,000.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:
- Preparation of tender documentation for submission to contractors, tender returns and tender reporting
- Assisting with Contract Administration functions including quality control site visits and reporting
- You will support Senior staff members in the delivery of Project Manager & Employer's Agent instructions
- Preparation of Specifications, Employers Requirements/design briefs and preliminary documents
- Compiling Building Contracts and Development Agreements
- Comply with all Company policies and requirements of the Quality Management system
Skills needed in the Project Manager role:
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, including schedule, budget and resource management
- Possesses a solid knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation
- Experience of dealing with cladding within contracts and projects previously
- Liaise closely with Clients, Contractors, Developers and other key stakeholders
- Understand key deliverables within the contract to ensure the client received the required information
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports when required
