Job Title: Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Package: £20,000 – £24,000 plus day release for University
Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor based in Kent who are renowned for working on a variety of projects including Residential, Education, Commercial and more.
As the Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you would be working for a company that would give you every opportunity to develop and learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor managing several projects
- Measurement and valuation of works – on site and from drawings
- Preparation of interim valuations
- Cost Value Reconciliations
- Subcontract procurement
- Payments, variations and final accounts
Requirements
- An individual who is finance savvy and keen to learn.
- Team player
- Good communications skills.
- Someone who keen to progress over the years.
