Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Progressor to enhance their team and ensure efficient sales turnaround.
The role involves collaborating with Sales Negotiators and requires strong telephone communication and administrative skills while liaising with various stakeholders including Solicitors and Mortgage Lenders.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, ideally from an Estate Agency or property conveyancing background.
The position offers a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday with a basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 and potential on-target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent presentation skills, I.T. literacy, and personal attributes such as tenacity, motivation, and patience.

Our client's are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their flourishing team, to ensure that sales are turned around as efficiently as possible.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Job Specification:

Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be sales progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.
This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.
Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.
Successful candidates will ideally have experience working within an Estate Agency or will have a robust property conveyancing background.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Person Specification:

Minimum 3 years industry experience.
Must be well presented and have a good level of I.T. literacy.
You will be Tenacious, Target Driven, Patient, Motivated, Hard Working, a Good Listener, Determined, Calm and Unflappable!

Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Remuneration:

Full time, working 5 days per week Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm
£24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary.
£30,000 - £35,000 On Target Earnings
