A QUALITY MARKET LEADING, ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR

BASIC £16-21,000 DOE £23-27,000 OTE

My client are looking for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service or estate agency to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.

The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with good earnings, in return you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
  • Showing people around properties in the local area
  • General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
  • Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
  • Local knowledge preferable
  • Full driving licence and own car essential

This is a dynamic role where your no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
