Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance, and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and diversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Lead related projects
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 and above
- Extensive HR experience, preferably in strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
