This is a terrific opportunity for a dedicated Regional Soft Services Manager to oversee and drive the operational performance of a commercial and sustainable Soft Services and Facilities Maintenance business across the Southeast.

REGIONAL CONTRACT CLEANING MANAGER – SOFT SERVICES MANAGER

LOCATION: Kent / London office. This is a Regional Management position covering the Southeast.  You may be looking for Regional Soft Services Manager jobs in Kent or the Southeast.  

You will have a full UK driving licence.

SALARY:  Competitive Salary plus company car package, benefits, pension.

HOURS:  Permanent, full time.  Monday-Friday.

As an experienced Soft Services Manager / Regional Manager, your primary objective will be to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the region to ensure that operational strategies meet company business objectives.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Developing commercial cleaning teams to reach their full potential.
• Creating a positive working environment.
• Overseeing Site Standards.
• Ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained.
• Driving overall operational efficiency and business growth.
• Client relationships.

As a Regional Contract Cleaning Manager / Soft Services Area Manager, you will possess natural leadership skills, strong problem-solving ability, good analytical skills, excellent customer facing presentation/ communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a sound knowledge of the Cleaning/ Soft Services Facilities Management Industry.

Current / previous roles may include Regional Soft Services Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, Soft Servicing Area Manager, Soft Services Manager, Contract Cleaning Manager, Regional Services Manager, Soft Services Area Manager or similar.
