Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the London area that are looking for a brand new Mobile Site Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager on this project, you will be a vital member of the team, and will work with your colleagues and the client to:
- Temporary works coordinator
- Full understanding of drawings
- Create a program of works
- Full understanding of CDM Regulations
To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within a similar role
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
- Experience of site health and safety good practice
- SMSTS
