Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistant (Preferably with L3) �?

Position Details:??? Location: Swanscombe? Employment Type: Full-time?? Start Date: Feburary 2025 -Easter Half Term (Possibility to be extended)?? Salary: From £85 - £95 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role:As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you'll be working within the nursery to support the children in their early learning and development. You'll be part of a welcoming team, providing a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. Your role will include supporting activities, assisting with daily routines, and promoting social and emotional development.
Are You:* Experienced in supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and Non-Verbal needs?* Looking for a full-time, rewarding position in a supportive school environment?* Passionate about making a real difference in children's lives?* Ready to start ASAP?
Key Responsibilities:* Support children with SEN to achieve their learning and developmental goals.* Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive environment.* Work with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.* Provide direct assistance to children with additional needs.
Key Requirements:* Experience working with children with SEN.* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (preferred but not essential).* A nurturing, compassionate, and patient approach.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* DBS Check required (We can assist with this).
