The position also involves managing and supporting staff, ensuring they receive necessary training.
The salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, with company bonuses, and relevant experience is required.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Managerfor one of our very well known Domiciliary/Supported LivingProviders based in Kent!

The Role Includes:

To alreadybe/become CQC registered
To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC standards
To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
Ensuring clients receive appropriate care to their needs and maintain high standards of care
To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they receive the appropriatetraining necessary for their role
Be able to work closely with the Business Manager to help growthe Business
