Description
- Oversee the accounting and finance department.
- Develop and manage financial systems/models.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Supply chain reporting and chain audit.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Job Offer
- A competitive annual salary ranging between £40,000 - £48,000 DOE.
- 25 days holiday, increasing by 1 after 2 years up to 30 days
- Hybrid working, half a day on a Friday
