We are looking for an exceptional Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering critical financial information, offering valuable insights, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Description
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports
- Detailed financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting standards
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Implementing cost reduction measures
- Participating in financial projects as required
- Providing support to other departments in the organisation with financial queries
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Relevant accounting qualification
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in financial software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience within manufacturing
- Costing experience
- People management experience would be desirable
Job Offer
