Description
- Developing and maintaining financial systems and policies.
- Providing management with financial information and advice.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Participating in strategic planning and decision making at the senior management level.
- Analysing financial performance and forecasting future trends.
- Engaging with stakeholders on financial matters.
- Manage and develop a team.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- An educational background in accounting or finance.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous people management experience
- Previous Manufacturing experience
Job Offer
- An estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000 DOE.
