Keen and ambitious Administrative Coordinator required to join a leading civils contractor supporting their Business Development and SHEQ team throughout the business. Providing support across a number of frameworks, encouraging continuous improvement and pushing for development throughout the business from their Head Office based in South Wales.

This Administrative Coordinator will be joining a pre-existing and longstanding successful Business Development team who covers the length of South Wales to South West region. You will be responsible for managing the compliance throughout the team.

This Administrative Coordinator role will involve regular liaison with the Health & Safety team, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care. Informing and keeping up to date with legislation changes and industry best practice and informing of any developments, ensuring correct changes and support is provided.

As Administrative Coordinator you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner.

This Administrative Coordinator role is with one of the most reputable regional contractors in the UK, with a impressive turnover, pipeline of works and a contractor paving the way in the UK. At present work is secured across the South 0f Wales and South West. Projects traditionally range in size from the smaller £2m up to £50m in value.
