Keen and ambitious Document Controller required to join a leading civils contractor supporting their Business Development and SHEQ team throughout the business. Providing support across a number of frameworks, encouraging continuous improvement and pushing for development throughout the business from their Head Office based in South Wales.
This Document Controller will be joining a pre-existing and longstanding successful Business Development team who covers the length of South Wales to South West region. You will be responsible for managing the Document Management systems throughout the team.
This Document Controller role will involve regular liaison with the Health & Safety team, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care. Informing and keeping up to date with legislation changes and industry best practice and informing of any developments, ensuring correct changes and support is provided.
As Document Controller you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner.

At present work is secured across the South 0f Wales and South West. Projects traditionally range in size from the smaller £2m up to £50m in value.
