This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide excellent design services to the new build residential, leisure and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Swansea offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have had a previous background within the residential and commercial sector as an Architectural Technologist. The successful individual will have experience of job running, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations.

- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Good post qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
- Good experience taking on projects within the residential and commercial sectors
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Strong building detailing skills
- Job running experience
- Good technical knowledge of building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
