Corporate Account Executive
Location: Swansea (Hybrid, home and field based role)
Salary: £excellent packages available, negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience
The Company:
We are working with a fast growing and successful insurance brokerage who have ambitious growth targets and have a number of Account Executive opportunities available.
The roles have become available from new business success, inheriting books of business from other parts of the group and to continue supporting growth.
There are fantastic opportunities to earn bonus including a book growth bonus as well as a cross-sell opportunity across a range of additional covers and teams which will allow for a seriously attractive OTE with success. E.G. Health and Safety, Personal Lines Covers, Health and Protection products etc.
We are seeking motivated and hard-working professionals to join the team as Commercial/Corporate Account Executives. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to earn good money, advance quickly in their careers, and meet high standards of performance and work ethic.
The Role:
- There is an opportunity to inherit some clients within the role, this will be down to available senior staff and other account executives providing clients and can be tailored to your strengths or interests e.g. sector or product specific
- You will be targeted on growth of the book and as such new business is a big part of the role, networking and generating your own sales pipeline as you see fit
- This is a responsible and mature role whereby you won’t be micromanaged and will be expected to put the client first and will be a mix of working in the office, from home and out seeing clients as much as possible.
- Client service and retention is important, and you will work with claims, account handling and other staff within the group to provide a first class service
- There are various opportunities within the role and group, to prove yourself or secure a more senior role from the off

Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance sector

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
