It's worth noting that in order to succeed in this role you'll need great IT skills and super communication skills, because your role will be speaking to customers, extracting information chasing up responses in order to coordinate with the technical sales team.

Your role will involve:

  • Working with multiple engineering/sales/lab divisions as well as other primary stakeholders to facilitate activities that support the process and ultimately create lifetime customers for development of the programmes.
  • Support the entry of orders into relevant IT Systems programmes.
  • Allocating relevant technical sales engineer to reports.
  • Lisise with Lab on progress of testing and then Lab appraisal of results.
  • Liaise and support where applicable the technical sales engineer to send authored report of analysis to customer.
  • Follow up with customer and undertake any necessary work/ Support/ orders to initiate immediate requirement and then ultimate aim to convert customer.

  • Commercial acumen essential.
