My client is a leading Leisure and Entertainment business based in Swansea with a variety of venues across the UK. Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team in an exciting leisure venue? I am seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your GM to recruit, coach, develop, and care for staff, making this a natural focus.
  • Ensure the business runs seamlessly, instilling trust and accountability even in your absence.
  • Bring commercial savvy and innovative ideas to the table, enhancing business awareness.
  • Develop thoughtful and robust schedules, managing time efficiently and forecasting needs.
  • Prioritize exceptional service, handling feedback and complaints to continually raise standards.
