I am seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with your GM to recruit, coach, develop, and care for staff, making this a natural focus.
- Ensure the business runs seamlessly, instilling trust and accountability even in your absence.
- Bring commercial savvy and innovative ideas to the table, enhancing business awareness.
- Develop thoughtful and robust schedules, managing time efficiently and forecasting needs.
- Prioritize exceptional service, handling feedback and complaints to continually raise standards.
- Master all due diligence checks, ensuring safe and fun operations by following company policies.
- Be the motivational cheerleader, approachable and fun, celebrating successes and boosting morale.
- Conduct motivational team briefings and ensure brand standards are met.
- Lead monthly training sessions, nurturing talent and driving team development.
- Achieve and exceed profit goals without compromising the venue's core spirit.
- Take ownership of succession planning and talent growth.
- Understand and action business goals with hands-on leadership, bringing positive energy to every challenge.
