Description
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- Educated to HNC/HND level (Degree qualified an advantage)
- Proven experience in good EH&S practices - Preferably IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team ideally gained in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with maintenance management software
- Budget management and cost-control experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
