A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • Educated to HNC/HND level (Degree qualified an advantage)
  • Proven experience in good EH&S practices - Preferably IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team ideally gained in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software
  • Budget management and cost-control experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
