- Up to £30k + Generous Quarterly Bonus
- Manage and oversee case administration, ensuring a seamless process from initial enquiry to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case management.
- Support senior team members in delivering bridging and commercial services, with the opportunity to gain experience in these areas.
- Provide administrative support for the launch of new services such as Asset & Invoice Finance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all cases, including managing timelines and client communications.
- Experience within the mortgage or finance sector, ideally within bridging or commercial finance.
- Experience on the broker side is also acceptable.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Base salary: £25,000-£30,000
- Quarterly bonus/commission: Up to 10% of NET business, based on individual and team performance.
