The ideal candidate will have experience within the mortgage industry, ideally with knowledge of bridging finance, though we will also consider candidates from the broker side.This role offers full training with the potential for career progression into an advisory role within the company.   • Manage and oversee case administration, ensuring a seamless process from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case management.
  • Support senior team members in delivering bridging and commercial services, with the opportunity to gain experience in these areas.
  • Provide administrative support for the launch of new services such as Asset & Invoice Finance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all cases, including managing timelines and client communications.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience within the mortgage or finance sector, ideally within bridging or commercial finance.
  • Experience on the broker side is also acceptable.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Base salary: £25,000-£30,000
  • Quarterly bonus/commission: Up to 10% of NET business, based on individual and team performance.
