HEAD CHEF
We are looking for a true creative talent with genuine passion and flair to create exceptional food experiences for our guests reflecting the outstanding beauty and produce of Gower and Wales.
Our Beach House Restaurant is situated on the golden sandy beach of Oxwich Bay on the famous and stunning Gower Peninsula.The is established as one of the leading restaurants in Wales, having been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star for 3 years and holds 3 AA rosettes.
The restaurant is now looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to join our Chef Director Hywel Griffith and his team.
What we offer you:
Package up to £55k including Gratuities.
Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 10k to 14k per annum for this position.
4 day working week.
Extra days worked paid.
Additional base holiday allowance at 2 year, 5 years and 10 years service.

A successful candidate will ideally have:
Excellent experience at multiple rosette or 1 Michelin star environment and above.
Demonstratable leadership skills with a calm mature approach.
Clear passion for the industry and food.
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
Dedicated and excellent team player with strong coaching mentality.
