- Extensive experience at multiple AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star or above, environment.
- Be capable of demonstrating leadership skills calmly and in a professional manner.
- Passion for the industry and food.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Determination to succeed at the highest level.
- Dedicated and excellent team player with a strong coaching mentality.
