The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the construction industry, excellent analytical skills and a solid ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and other team members.
Main Duties:

* Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information when necessary.
* Participate in pre-bid meetings and assist in preparing bid proposals.
* Review and analyse project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and resources.
* Prepare bills of quantities detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor services.

Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of the construction industry, including the processes, materials and methods.
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
* Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. Evaluate or similar)
* Bachelor's degree in a Construction related field (Desirable)
