Your Role as the Senior Project Manager:

  • Deliver high-quality project and programme management across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on cost, programme, risks, and key project issues.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Produce key project documents such as monthly reports, risk registers, and delivery plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement and high performance, even in challenging environments.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • A Project Management Qualification (or working towards one) with APM, RICS, or similar.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in pre- and post-contract Project Management, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts (NEC Accreditation preferred).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
