Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Conducting thorough property searches and preparing necessary documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on property matters.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a conveyancer, preferably within a reputable legal firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive status.
• Local knowledge of Swansea and the surrounding areas.
• Experience in handling complex property transactions.
