Experienced Quality & Innovation Advisor required to join a leading civils contractor supporting their Business Development and SHEQ team throughout the business. Providing support across a number of frameworks, encouraging continuous improvement and pushing for development throughout the business from their Head Office based in South Wales.

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Innovation working closely with the Head of SHEQ, you will be responsible for the improvement of the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality standards, Coordinating events, ensuring the organisation remains on track with their long term business plan, whilst offering innovative ideas to ensure the business is performing were it needs to be with regards to SHEQ & Social value standards.

This Quality & Innovation Advisor role is with a busy nationwide contractor group, with a turnover more than 90m, and secured workload in the Earthworks, Demolition & Energy Sector. Projects range in size from the smaller 500K up the 15M in value. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent construction graduate looking to work regionally and develop their skill-set within a business.

Key attributes include knowledgeable within the construction sector, ability to communicate confidently both written and verbal, driven and motivate to succeed and improve.
