Your new companyA leading organisation which is experiencing a period of growth has expanded orders and is in need of assistance within the finance function, in particular Credit Control.Your new roleThe role will be reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor and will be completing the following duties:
- Speaking with customers regarding payments.
- Discussing payment plans and offering repayment options
- Issuing statements of accounts
- Resolving customer queries.
