The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for Customer Service Call Centre Agents to join our clients team based in the Llansamlet area.

Salary: £23,796p.a Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent

Role & responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries within an existing customer base
  • This will predominately be an Outbound role, however there will be some elements of Inbound necessary. There is a requirement to demonstrate a Sales Within Service approach, focusing on the customer's needs and requirements.
  • You will work in a busy and challenging Call Centre and you'll need to maintain a high level of customer service to all customers, ensuring you adhere to a soft approach to introduce new products and services that are available
  • Experience within a Customer Service environment, has the ability to adhere to company script guidelines and KPI targets and is confident within sales.

Skills/Experience/Behaviours Required:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Call centre experience preferred (however, full training is provided)
  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Able to handle objections and create a positive outcome
  • Ambitious / Enthusiastic / Motivated to achieve and exceed Targets
  • Excellent time-keeping
  • Positive can-do attitude
