Are you a friendly and professional individual with a passion for customer service? We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our clients dealership in Swansea!

This position will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Candidates must have the ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You must have a passion for customer service and great motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Oversee the allocation and handover of courtesy cars.
  • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
  • Upsell additional services, service plans, and warranties to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

  • Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry is essential;
  • Warranty experience is preferred;
