Your new companyOur client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your new role

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and policies.

What you'll need to succeed
