SERVICE ADVISOR

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a well-established Automotive Dealership inSwansea.

We require aServiceAdvisorto join our successful aftersales team; this position will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Candidates must be able to cope under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You must have a passion for customerserviceand great motivation.

Salary 26,750 with a 35,000 OTE

Hours of work:
8.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
8.00 am to 12.30 pm Saturday rota (every other)

As aServiceAdvisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company. This is a busy department and the role requires someone who can work very well under pressure, whilst offering exceptional customerservice.

Duties of theServiceAdvisor:

Dealing with customer requirements forserviceand vehicle repairs efficiently and courteously, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction;
Dealing with allserviceenquiries;
Managing the allocation and handover of customerservicevehicles;
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles;
You will be targeted on your upselling capabilities, making customers aware of the variousService/ Warranty plans etc on offer, this part of the role will be key to your overall OTE.

Requirements of theServiceAdvisor:

PreviousServiceAdvisorexperience within the automotive industry is essential;
Warranty experience is preferred;
You must be IT literate and Kerridge knowledge is required;
You must hold a full UK driving licence;
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS basic disclosure. Disclosure expenses will be met by the employer.
