Prospero Teaching is seeking specialist 1-1 Teaching Assistants to support children with autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs in a special needs school.
Candidates can have varying levels of experience, from those with relevant backgrounds to individuals eager to learn more about special education.
The position is temporary and full-time, starting ASAP, with hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
The minimum pay rate for this role is £87.90 per day.
Applicants should have some experience working with children and up-to-date safeguarding training, which can be provided by Prospero.

1-1 Teaching Assistant -

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of specialist SEN TA's to work within a special needs school, which caters for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.

These positions are open to individuals who may have experience working with these special needs, and to those who have limited experience but a passion to learn more within this field. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

A level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs

Some experience working with children

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year - Prospero can provide this
