? Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons? Assist students in their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups? Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment? Support students with their social and emotional development? Collaborate with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning? Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour? Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote student well-being

Requirements

? Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)? Experience working with children in an educational setting? A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students? Strong communication and teamwork skills? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)? Right to work in the UK? Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
