Prospero Teaching is looking for a passionate Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to work in Welsh-medium primary schools across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in their education while promoting the Welsh language and culture.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in their Welsh-medium education
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons in Welsh
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support as required
  • Encouraging pupils' confidence in speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh
  • Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

? Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)? Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)? A passion for education and supporting young learners? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
