Anderselite are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician for a Swansea based firm to work on a variety of exciting projects both in the South Wales and London areas.
The individual must be an experienced and qualified Architectural Technologist who is able to assume personal responsibility of projects whilst also working as part of a team.
Autocad and Revit proficiency essential, Sketchup desirable.

The practice is based in Swansea and has been involved in projects across the UK. The practice are full members of the Royal Institute Of British Architects, Royal Town Planning Institute and Chartered Institute Of Architectural Technologists. The Practice is also an Approved Assessor as part of the Energy Efficiency Best Practice administered by the B.R.E., Code for Sustainable Homes and S.A.P. In line with R.I.B.A. practice requirements, they carry full professional indemnity insurance and carry out a policy of continuing professional development to ensure they offer the most up to date service possible.
The areas of expertise offered by the practice include new build residential, leisure and sports facilities, medical and care home facilities, accommodation for disabled, interior design, hotels, restaurant and public houses and office accommodation. The practice can also offer a Town Planning service.
The practice has over the years developed a sound understanding of sustainability and energy-efficient issues which form a fundamental and integral part of every design they undertake.
