Brook Street have an exciting opportunity with one of their established clients for a Finance Administrator to join their experienced team. This is an entry level role with a top finance firm with exciting progression opportunities and a chance to work alongside some experienced professionals and learn from the best.
The role is offering 22,415.25 at first instance, but should the candidate prove themselves upon placement, the salary can be negotiated during a probation review.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Records Management: Obtain books and records for each assigned job, meticulously log and store them, and create a comprehensive mapping system to ensure easy retrieval during investigations.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit to handle the task of moving boxes and other items as needed.
  • Debtors Coordination: Work closely with the credit controller to gather debtor information, facilitating smooth and efficient debt collection processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Obtain identification and proof of address from stakeholders, perform identification checks, review compliance documentation, and ensure files are complete for presentation to practitioners.
  • Documentation Management: Scan and upload documentation to our portal for approval by directors, and follow up to ensure timely approval.
  • Director Interaction: Confidently communicate with directors via phone and other available methods to obtain necessary approvals and ensure smooth workflow.
