Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for one of our clients based in Swansea.
Our client is a multi-disciplined construction contractor that works across Wales.
Brief Job Spec:
- Monitor the accounts team completing day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Liaise with external accountants and advisors
- Provide input on banking, investments, and other financial decision-making requirements
- Assist with forecasting growth and a financial strategy to achieve the targets
- Monitor, report and provide suggestions / requirements on working capital and gearing
- Monitor and report on financial risk to company and identify recommendations to mitigate risk.
- Set and Monitor KPI's and performance management targets
- Cash management
- Oversee cashflow for the company
