Required:
* Strong administration experience along with good customer skills.
* Continuous improvement in the workplace.
* Understanding and use of IT systems such as Microsoft Office 2016. Experience in other systems is desirable.
* Experience in working in a team is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing papers and files, including documents for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
* Creating and Updating records on the in-house system, including collecting information.
* Booking, preparing, and organising meeting rooms and court hearings.
* Processing casework such as court orders, claims, and fines.
* Clerking Civil and Family Courts.
* Handling counter (face to face) and answering telephone calls.
* Communicating with Judiciary, Magistracy and other court staff to provide excellent.
customer service.
* Working under pressure and delivering a 'right first time' service to all.
