Job Description:

Autograph Recruitment is delighted to work with this family run Accountancy Practice based in Swansea. Offering accounting, taxation and business advisory support services to a wide range of businesses and individuals.

Their success has resulted from having the right expertise in place to offer customers the right, most effective and solutions within the accountancy and business sector. They successfully manage complex accounts for a variety of customers, providing their reputable clients with a proactive approach to professional business and tax advice.

We are now looking for an articulate, and organised Administrator to join their close-nit team. This role will be responsible for responding to enquiries quickly and professionally. This is an opportunity to be able to work autonomously in a dynamic, busy environment, providing a first service to customers.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, and ideally have experience with working in a professional services environment. You must be positive minded, articulate and organised. The successful candidate must also be well presented with an immaculate telephone manner.
